Our mailers are home compostable, please dispose of thoughtfully!

$18 Standard Shipping - 2 - 8 Business Days

After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order has dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Deliveries may take up to 1-10 working days depending on your location. If you have any enquiries on your order please contact us at hello@apearlio.com Orders are typically dispatched within three business days. 

Please note there may be a delay during sale periods. 

All orders are inspected and packed with care before dispatch. 

 

Order Lost in Transit

Please contact us, as well as the courier so we can assist you 

 

Incorrect Address

If you have entered an incorrect address and order has not been shipped, we may be able to amend this for you. Contact us ASAP so we can update your details before your order has been dispatched. We cannot make any changes if your order has already been shipped. However you may be able to contact the courier (found on your tracking receipt) to request assistance. 

 

Return to Sender

We will contact you if your order has been automatically returned to us if you have been able to receive your package. We will arrange for your order to be redelivered to you. 

 

Returns and Exchanges

Apearlio offers 14-day returns. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. After 14 days, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. 

Returns can only be accepted if:

-The item is unused and is in original condition and unworn

-When returning your items please ensure the item is in protective packaging so that we receive it in good condition. 

-All sale items are final, there are no returns, exchange, or refunds on sale items unless damaged.

-Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards

Please note that we do not accept earring returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons. If you believe your item is faulty please see the Faulty and Damaged Goods section below.

How to return your items:

  1. Please email apearlio@gmail.com and you will receive a returns slip via email
  2. Fill out your details on the returns slip
  3. Select if you would like store credit or a refund
  4. Place your items and the return slip in secure package
  5. Drop off at your local post office
  6. Once your order has been received, checked, and approved your refund or store credit will be processed. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be received once approved.

 

Faulty or Damaged Goods:

If you believe your item is faulty, please email hello@apearlio.com with 3 clear pictures of your product, a detailed description and your order number, we will be in touch within a few days. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs unless your item is faulty. Apearlio will not accept your return or exchange if we deem the item is not damaged, broken via transit, misuse or wear and tear. Please note that Apearlio does not accept returns or exchanges for jewelry that has been damaged due to wear and tear.
